How it works

Five things happen while you simply have your day.

01
You wear your Watch

Start capture with a tap and your Apple Watch runs quietly in the background. We’ve optimized it to be easy on the battery, so a full 12-hour day still leaves about 50% to spare (tested on Apple Watch Series 9).

02
It turns talk into tasks

Shortly after a conversation ends, Kin pulls out what you need to act on (tasks, deadlines, events) and they land on your lock screen. One glance to confirm it heard you right.

03
One list for everything

Every task lives in a single structured list, with due dates, time estimates, and who you’re waiting on. Kin assignes them into your own categories automatically. View, check off, and manage all of them in one place.

04
Kin plans your day

Don’t know what to tackle tomorrow? Kin ranks your tasks by priority and checks them against your free hours so you never overcommit. Want it different? Drag a task and the plan reshapes around it.

05
It stays current

When something changes, IntelliKin updates the task you already have. Maybe a meeting moved, a job shifted to someone else, or you finished something. Your list never goes stale!

Underneath the list

More than a task list. The conversations behind it.

  • The highlights

Kin lifts out the moments that matter, so the important parts of your day rise to the top.

  • Who and where

Every summary is tagged with who was there and where it happened.

  • A recap, not a transcript

The gist of each conversation in a few lines, never a wall of text.

Ask Kin

Ask it. Or just tell it what to do.

Kin holds everything you’ve captured (every conversation, task, plan, and person) so you can ask in plain words and get a straight answer. And when the day shifts, just say so: it reschedules tasks, moves deadlines, and replans around you.

  • Answers from your world

Ask anything in plain words and get a real answer, drawn from your own conversations. Never a guess, never a web search.

  • Acts on your word

It doesn’t just answer. Say “push everything overdue to next week” or “I’m tired, move my morning tasks to the afternoon” and Kin reschedules tasks, shifts deadlines, and replans your day.

The Daily Wrap

Every night, Kin writes your day into a journal, then sets up tomorrow.

When the day winds down, Kin checks in. Answer a couple of quick questions and it shapes the wrap around them, or if you’re busy, let Kin write the whole thing on its own. The journaling you always meant to do, done for you.

What Kin Knows

A living wiki of your world, written as you talk.

Kin keeps a page on you, and a page on every person, place and project you mention. Each one starts as a line or two and fills out with every conversation, rewriting itself as plans change. You never write a line of it.

Read every page

The whole thing in plain language, each line traced back to the conversation it came from.

It revises itself

Every conversation adds a line or corrects one, so the pages describe you as you are now.

Edit any line

Fix what’s wrong, delete what you’d rather it forget, or wipe the whole wiki clean.

Bring your context

Import from ChatGPT or Claude, so the first pages are already written.

Privacy by design

You're trusting Kin with your day. We don't take that lightly.

Audio is deleted after processing

Recordings are transcribed, distilled into tasks, and then destroyed, usually within minutes. We keep the structured result, your tasks and text, never the raw audio.

You control when it listens

Capture is yours to pause anytime from your Watch. Kin only listens when you want it to, and nothing runs behind your back.

Your data, exportable

Everything Kin learns belongs to you. Export it or delete all of it, whenever you like, no questions and no friction.

Why we built it

We were tired of carrying a hundred loose commitments in our heads and watching them slip. So we built what we wanted: something that hears what we promise, turns it into a ranked task that fits the day, and keeps the list honest as the day actually unfolds.

The IntelliKin team

Questions, answered

What exactly is IntelliKin?

It’s an AI companion built around your tasks and your schedule. It captures the commitments you say out loud and turns them into a managed task list, ranked and fitted around your real calendar, so you never have to write a task or schedule it yourself.

Is it just conversation summaries?

No. Summaries are a supporting layer for context. The core is the loop from what you say to a scheduled task on your plan: deciding what’s a task, when to do it, and keeping it current, with no manual entry in between.

Can I ask Kin things?

Yes. There’s a chat where you ask Kin anything about your day in plain language: “what did I promise Alex?”, “when am I next free?”, “what came up about the Q3 hire?” Kin answers from your own conversations, tasks, and calendar, not the open web, and can search everything you’ve ever captured by keyword or by meaning.

Does Kin remember from day to day?

It does. Kin keeps a living wiki of your world: a page on you, and a page on every person, place and project you mention, each one filling out and correcting itself as it hears more. All of it lives on one “What Kin Knows” screen you can read, edit, or wipe clean at any moment. You can even import what you’ve already told ChatGPT or Claude so the first pages are already written.

What do I need to use it?

An iPhone on iOS 17 or later, paired with an Apple Watch running watchOS 10 or later (Series 4 or newer). For this first version the Watch is the sole capture device. It captures passively in the background, so once it’s on you can forget about it. Android isn’t supported yet.

What does it do to my Watch battery?

The Watch’s job is deliberately small: capture audio and hand it to your iPhone. All of the heavy lifting (transcription, understanding, scheduling) happens on our servers, not on your wrist. In our testing on Apple Watch Series 9, a full 12-hour day of capture ended with about 50% battery to spare.

What happens to my recordings?

Audio is transcribed, distilled into tasks, and then deleted, usually within minutes of capture. We never keep raw recordings, only the structured tasks and text, which you can read, edit, export, or delete anytime.

What about the people around me?

Kin is built around you: it recognises your voice to tell what you said versus what you heard. Anyone else’s audio is deleted with the rest, right after processing. You can pause capture from your Watch at any moment, and you’re responsible for following the recording-consent rules that apply where you live.

Does it connect to my calendar?

For now it connects to Google Calendar. Kin reads that calendar without ever changing it, so it can rank and position your tasks around the free time you actually have. It never creates, edits, or deletes anything on your calendar.

How much does it cost?

The beta is free, and applying never asks for a card. We’ll settle pricing with the people actually using it, and beta users hear about it first, before anything changes.

How do I get access?

We’re onboarding a small first group. Apply for the beta and we’ll reach out when a spot opens up for you.
