IntelliKin Privacy Policy

The short version

IntelliKin listens to your day so it can manage your tasks. That only works if you can trust us with what it hears. So: raw audio is deleted right after processing, everything we keep belongs to you and can be exported or deleted at any time, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we are

IntelliKin (“we”, “us”) makes an AI companion that captures spoken commitments and turns them into a scheduled task list. This policy covers our website and the beta app. Questions or requests: contact@intellikin.com.

The beta application

When you apply for the beta we collect the answers you submit: your email address and anything else the form asks. We use them for one thing: contacting you about access to IntelliKin. The form is hosted by Google Forms, so Google’s own privacy policy applies to the submission itself.

This website

The site may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages work. Nothing is recorded until you answer the cookie banner: accept and we use analytics cookies to recognise a returning browser; decline and we fall back to cookieless counting, with no identifier stored on your device. Either way there is no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no selling of data.

The app: what we collect and why

• Audio. Your Apple Watch captures audio when you let it. Recordings are transcribed and processed on our servers, then deleted, usually within minutes of capture. We never store raw audio, and your phone deletes its copy once the upload is confirmed.
• Transcripts, summaries, and tasks. The structured results of processing (what was said, and what it means for your day) are stored so the app can work. You can read, edit, and delete them in the app.
• Your voiceprint. A biometric identifier: a mathematical signature of your voice, used solely to tell what you said apart from what you heard. We create one only for you, never for the people around you, store it securely, and delete it when you delete your account.
• Location. Used to tag where a conversation happened (home, office, in transit) so you can find it later.
• Calendar. If you connect Google Calendar, we read it to plan your tasks around your real schedule. We never create, edit, or delete anything on your calendar.
• Account details. Your name, email, and sign-in credentials, used to operate your account.

Processing partners

Transcription, language understanding, and speech synthesis run on specialised providers under contracts that prohibit them from using your data to train their models or for any purpose other than serving you. We never sell your data, and we don’t show ads.

Your controls

• Pause capture at any time from your Watch.
• Export everything IntelliKin has learned, whenever you like.
• Delete individual items in the app, or your entire account and all of its data, no questions, no friction.

As the beta evolves, this policy will too. We’ll post updates here and, for anything material, tell beta users directly before it takes effect.
